LED retrofits

Swapping a building over to LED changes the hydro bill and the maintenance schedule at the same time, because the lamps stop needing replacing. It is the one upgrade that tends to pay for itself without an argument.

Industrial maintenance

The company also takes on industrial maintenance work: complex systems, troubleshooting and automation. Mike Wamsley's background is in power generation and water treatment, which is where that side of the business comes from.
